Following the Court of Appeal ruling that upheld the nullification of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national convention held in Ibadan, the party’s Board of Trustees (BoT) has fixed a meeting in Abuja to deliberate on the development.
In a notice issued by the BoT Chairman, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa, members were invited to attend the meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held at 1, Sabo Ago Street, Life Camp, Abuja.
Ohuabunwa explained that the meeting is being convened by the Board of Trustees recognised under the National Caretaker Working Committee led by Abdulrahman and Samuel Anyanwu, in compliance with the ruling of the Federal High Court and its subsequent affirmation by the Court of Appeal.
He also cautioned party members and stakeholders to ignore any other notice claiming to summon a BoT meeting, stressing that only the recognised board has the authority to call such a gathering.
The BoT chairman further stated that only duly notified members of the board will be accredited to attend the meeting, advising individuals who are not members to stay away from the venue.
