Jean-Guy Blaise Mayolas, the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo Football Federation (FECOFA), has been sentenced to life imprisonment following convictions for multiple financial crimes. Mayolas was found guilty of money laundering, embezzlement, forgery, and using falsified documents. The verdict was delivered in his absence, underscoring the severity of the offenses.
