The Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led by Senator Mao Ohuabunwa has announced plans to hold a meeting on Wednesday.
According to a notice issued by Ohuabunwa, the meeting is being convened in line with the Federal High Court ruling and its subsequent affirmation by the Court of Appeal in Abuja.
The notice stated that the meeting will take place at 2:00 p.m. in the Life Camp area of Abuja.
It also clarified that the meeting is being organized by the BoT recognized by the Abdulrahman/Anyanwu-led National Caretaker Working Committee (NCWC) following the court decisions.
Members of the board were therefore urged to attend the meeting at the designated venue located at 1, Sabo Ago Street, Life Camp, Abuja.
The notice further advised party stakeholders to disregard any other invitations claiming to convene a PDP Board of Trustees meeting, stressing that only the meeting called by the recognized leadership should be considered valid.
